What is Dizzed all about?

Dizzed is an online community that banks on user-generated content of the latest news that hit the web. Dizzed's content are categorized according to news, technology, sport, travel, media, science, lifestyle, television, internet marketing, music, entertainment, gaming and the revolutionary talent spool where you can showcase your talent. The members of Dizzed are given full control over the type of content that is uploaded on their account as long as it complies with Dizzed's terms of service. Users of Dizzed can also vote in terms of the popularity or unpopularity of the content being uploaded.

Should I register to use Dizzed?

Registration is required if you want to be able to upload content or leave comments. It is very easy to register at Dizzed and wont take much of your time, so it is recommended for you to register. However, if you just want to see the latest news, no registration is required.

Why Dizzed?

Compared to other sites, Dizzed is largely a social community that provides information by allowing their users to submit original links to the stories or talent that they want published. Dizzed has a simple interface that is very user-friendly to its members that even first time users will have no problem navigating and submitting their stories. Searching for friends is even made easier with Dizzed's user search function.

How can I modify my personal information at Dizzed?

Once you enter your personal account page at Dizzed, just click on the tab that reads Personal info, then click on the button that reads Modify. You will then be directed to a page which will allow you to change your profile. Remember to fill in the fields that you only want to fill in. Privacy is something I am concerned about, will Dizzed give away my email address?

No. Only administrators will see the private email address you entered. However, if you specified a public email address and entered other information in your profile, other users will be able to see this.

How do I know the number of stories I have published?

You can see this information in the user stats box, just right beside the personal info box. Other information that can be seen in the user stats box are the total number of links, total number of votes, published votes and comments, karmas, and the last five people that have viewed your profile.

How do I know if my submissions have been published?

On your personal page, you can see various tab headings, including personal info, submitted, published, upcoming, commented, voted and saved. If you want to see what submission has been published, just click on the published tab. Generally, the process is just the same if you want to know what stories have you commented and voted on.

How can I view stories?

You can view stories by clicking on a particular category or you can use the search function at Dizzed. Clicking on a story heading will open another browser with the original story.

How do I vote, comment, link or tell a friend of a particular story?

Once you are on the Dizzed page of the story, you can find links below the storys summary allowing you to vote, link or tell a friend of that particular story. A comment box is also provided for your comments.

I am very talented how do I show it off?
